Thanks Wonderfalls, I did end up reading the consumer info again & it did indeed say to take with food, how I missed that I don't know.
Yeah it's pretty strange that the doctors didn't tell me. The label on the box (with my name & prescribing doctors info & pharmacy info) reads "take half to one tablets daily as directed" (I take 1 tablet a day)
I'm still very tired needing 12 hours sleep
