Thank you for understanding. It truly has been a problem for me during my last relationship. Im sorry that you have dealt with the same in the past too.
I was ashamed of it at first and didn't really understand what was happening until I spoke with a therapist.
Owning the problem and working towards eliminating it and the triggers has helped immensely, so to the OP, this could be worked on and overcome if he is willing to accept and deal with it. 😊
