Pdoc called me back, she wants to increase meds. I'm just hesitant to do so. Finally came to the conclusion that this is not a med issue, I need to be back in therapy and to get out of my own head. So I'll continue to wait until Tuesday and will just have to suck it up and get through the workdays.
