Mild hypomania seems to have ended. Mild visual hallucinations have also passed. Slept nine hours and feel a bit flat this morning. Yesterday I had a good rest day after a few weeks of being very busy. It was raining and lovely to just sit inside my cozy flat, read, pay guitar, listen to music then shop and cook dinner. Can rest a little this morning but work in the afternoon. Hoping my mood lifts a little and isn't heading down as I have another busy week ahead of me.
