It sounds like a mixed episode to me but do you have any PTSD symptoms? I can get both happening at the same time and it is worse than words can describe. I always need IP at that point in time. Can you call your pdoc and maybe a med change will help? Or maybe an IP stay if you cannot remain safe for you and others. Take care. I am sorry you are going through this. It must be awful.
