I've decided I'll wait about a week in case the symptoms eventually subside.
For brunch, I had a bagel and oatmeal... bagel at 7, oatmeal at 10:30. (Had to force it.) Also had 2 lemon cookies. (Forced that as well.) For dinner, I'm going to have a cookies & creme protein shake. Huzzah!
