Hello eyesclosed: I don't really have any advice to offer with regard to this. It sounds like you've just encountering one problem after another with your ears. My health insurer has patient advocates who can be helpful to patients aren't receiving proper care. They have been helpful to me in the past. If your insurer offers this type of service perhaps they could help you sort this all out.
