That's what I thought, I think the "threat to myself" is the part that feels subjective to me. I always try to ask about their confidentiality policy just in case.
I'll start looking into decent psychiatrists and therapists around here. it'll depend on which one's closer and will take my insurance I guess. Thank you for replying
