I used a lawyer from the start I wound up having to go to trial ( 3 years after initial application) back when I filed my fibromyalgia wasn't considered a legit disability, my Bipolar was) my Pdoc and T were furious that I was denied twice , they filled out every form and I had loads of IP stays and OD attempts.

At the hearing the judge apologized and said this waiting should have never happened.

I say get a lawyer asap , they will look at your situation and see if you have a good case.
