Thanks great article - sometimes we've just got to keep on keeping on, that's half the battle.

For me building a routine helps, so it's Monday I go swimming etc.

My back is healing slowly but not ready to restart exercise regime yet - I hurt it lifting a very heavy box at work, so I'm having to be cautious there.
