I agree with eeeor....try going to bed a little earlier...I get 9 to 10 hours of sleep in the winter time.....you might also try stretching...and sitting upright on the side of the bed, for as long as it takes to take that first step down....I know it helps with meds that make you dizzy....standing up too fast can put you down....once up...fresh air...exercise....can really help out too..best of luck...Artie
