No joke right! It also made me feel rested after 7 hours sleep and wake up refreshed which is unusual as all heck for me. Again, maybe because it induced a bit of mania but I'm not sure. For me, the immediate release of 150mg worked best in regards to positive effects. Taken in the morning it was activating, energizing and more. Not everyone responds the same to identical medication however so just because it has this effect on me, obviously doesn't indicate it will help everyone.....but for some I have no doubt it would help with weight loss. My sex drive is usually in the toilet and having one really means a lot to me so that side effect was appreciated more than I can convey.
