I think I'm going to live off protein shakes and green beans for the rest of my life... lol. So far, your veggie idea has been working.
I've realized that no matter what I eat, I feel hungry after 20 mins. I could eat a giant cake or a handful of peas. Doesn't matter. 20 mins later I'll still feel hungry! So I might as well chow down on fruits and veggies *le sigh*
