Yeah, I'm the same as him, although I used to be a morbidly obese toddler! lol! I remember having to suck in my beer belly just to make my pants fit. Not sure what happened after that.
But anyway,
I've been looking into eating things with healthy fats. I've discovered that I can just douse things in olive oil, but I haven't done much research on what other healthy fats there are (such as avocados and stuff like that). So far it's been veggies with olive oil!
When I had my TSH checked recently, it was borderline hyperthyroidism, which might be part of the issue. I haven't done a T3 or T4 test.
