Green smoothies. Dump a handful or 2 of spinach (you can't taste it), a banana, some berries or whatever other fruit is sitting around, in a blender, mix it up and drink it. I add chia seeds, flax or wheat bran. You could also add protein powder; I can't because I can't have soy with an MAOI. It's delicious and filling. Greek yogurt is also an option; I've just never tried that. You can add ice as well although I find it comes out pretty cool from the spinach. (Be careful with smoothies containing juice or a lot of yogurt; those will overload with calories rapidly).
You get so much fiber with this; it is filling and good for you and if you are adding protein you can also get a real boost from that too.
