My brother has been looking for a job for over a year now, and has really been struggling. He doesn't currently have any work experience, except one job who fired him due to poor customer service. He is funny and intelligent, and has a Bachelor in film, but is really struggling to land his first job. There are lots of aspects that would come into play. The job market is tough. But I think one challenge is the difficulty socially, with social skills, from aspergers - for interviews, cover letters, and also finding relevant jobs that aren't too socially demanding.

I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for aspergers-friendly entry level jobs? Or ways to approach the job market with aspergers?

I'm curious about what has / hasn't worked for others.
