I have a demon that is almost always present living inside me telling me to do things. sometimes he takes control of my body. Even when I am in control he knows everything that I do and vice versa.

One of the problems I have in therapy is talking, because I know that they know everything that is going on With me already. So why bother? But I have come to find that it is helpful to get it out even if they do already know.
