Ate a bagel with butter for breakfast (I was in a rush). Morning snack will be an apple. For lunch, leftover pasta with red sauce. Snack will be protein shake

Looks like a repeat of yesterday! Only difference is the apple in place of the Jell-O, really. Though I might do yogurt instead.
