(((Hugs))). I too have reacted badly to the majority of medications I've tried. Even vitamin supplements. I'm allergic to cats, various scented items and soaps/cleaning products, etc. it's very challenging and my heart goes out to you. I do okay with Benzos too and now that I've heard the Alzheimer's link has been deemed unfounded, I don't worry about taking them like I used to. But only for a few weeks at a time at moderate doses then a break as I still fear the withdrawal I've heard talked about.
