Regular IR Seroquel would occasionally give me double vision, especially when I took it way too late. This was especially worrisome on days when I would drive. Luckily, this hasn't been a problem since adjusting to my current dose of 600 mg. When I first go through dose adjustments, I'm more likely to have this problem. It still makes my eyes burn on some days or appear a bit red.
