Hi ROSE..yes this IS BEYOND Ridiculous.
The 800 is to ensure he gets evicted properly by a lawyer.
I don't know why they told me I have to do it this way when He hasn't paid a dime here in 3 years and there is no lease. I own the home and took him in as a boyfriend. Another bad mistake.
