To sum up, up kept going up in Jan; but I also had my first appointment with a psychiatrist, diag'd as BPI, and most importantly got started on Depakote, which seems to be working. Put on some weight during startup, and so I'm now counting and weighing everything I eat, blah blah. yuck. Definitely worth it.

OTOH, weather has been uncooperative, so the part of the house that I didn't finish painting, remains unfinished...
