As well as playing guitar and singing today I decided to go for a long snorkel and get some exercise. Now, back to my guitar.
I do not know what an SLR means!

I got derailed by an episode of hypomania and lack of sleep (despite mega doses of sleep medicines). Luckily I figured out that it was induced by Zonisamide, a migraine prevention neurological drug I was taking. So I did not fill out the goals for a few days. The hypomania bordered on mania and my brain was literally on fire with horrible thoughts. I was all revved up. I went to work, but apparently dissociated or couldn't concentrate as I cannot recall the contents of a meeting I attended yesterday.

Anyway, back to the task:

- survive the workday (1.5 hours to go)
- write an incident report (DONE)
- eat two bowls of soup for dinner
