We (hubby and i) are having Thanksgiving dinner with my son's inlaws (or I could say my daughter-in-law's family). Not counting us, there will be 23 for dinner.

Not sure about the menu but it does include 2 turkeys. One is the traditional stuffed and roasted. The other however is a fried turkey with some cajun spices. Always moist and tender with a flavor to die for.

I'm responsible for the sweet potatoes. I'm still hunting for a good recipe. Since I don't particularly like them to begin with, finding a recipe makes it all the more fun.

My family is scattered to the four winds (WA, AZ, IN, PA, VA) so won't be together. Unfortunately, Ecards and phone calls will have to do. However, we are looking forward to celebrating the holiday with our extended family.
