First let me say, I have never, not ever, been vengeful against a person (or any other living thing!)
BUT recently I am getting great satisfaction for making even a small dent in some companies -- large or small -- that are irresponsible or treat their customers badly - how they treat me, in particular. But of course, that reflects how they treat everyone.
Examples: For two years, I told reps at my credit union, to pass upstairs my complaint about their terrible phone system. I said for two years if they did not correct this, I would take out my money. Well, I did.
I also told my phone company the same thing, and my cell phone company. Ditto, for about 2 years, and I then changed service providers.
All my new providers either answer the phone in person, or call back immediately, and/or are open 24/7/365.
Just now I wrote to a small crafting woman, whose product was (1) more expensive than it should have been, but I paid that much because it was so cool looking; and (2) it did not fit any adult, even though it was marketed as an adult hat. I said I did not want to write a bad review, and would she please send me a refund, and I wold ship back the hat as soon as I could, probably 4 days hence. She told me -- get THIS --and hey this is a ONE PERSON crafts shop online! She said "That's not possible" because I waited too long. I told her I've been sick for 2 weeks. Not 'possible"???? Give me a break....so I just wrote a bad review for her. I did not scream in the review, was not insulting. Just gave the facts. Squash!!!! Splat! Smush. All these people are going to have to "get with it" or more people than I are going to squash, splat, smush them -- right?
