I've mentioned 'weight' therapy before. For many, a heavy or weighted blanket is comforting enough to allow them to relax. I use a BIG bean bag (tube sock full of lentils). I will walk around my home with it on my shoulder or lie down with it on my chest. I also have used it that way when I meditate and journey.
