Unfortunately yes. We have 2 boys and I try to be civil with my ex, for the sake of them. Although I try to have as little contact as possible. Then he's nice to me and I let my guard down, but he then bullies me, nothing obvious, but just subtle, so that I end up confused, about whether I am being overly dramatic or not.

It was a few days ago now and my head is more settled again. So decided to go for it, in reducing my meds. Feeling a little dizzy with a headache this evening, but hopefully it will pass soon.
