I haven't had the best luck with positive reactions to my MI while dating, unless you count the other patient that tried to pick me up while in hospitalization. I'm still in the dating world, hoping it'll go well eventually.

It's tough to know exactly how to discuss that topic with a potential significant other, but I think it looks different for everyone. I think you just have to go with the flow of the relationship. For some, it might be something that's discussed within the first couple of dates. For others, it's probably something that might wait.
