One day at a time. Ever thought about confronting him on how you feel about being bullied? You have to have boundaries with him and he needs to know what those are. What's acceptable and what's not. If he doesn't respect those boundaries, continue to remind him of them. Having kids involved puts things on another level and much harder to deal with ex's. You can't really control how he acts, but you can decide on how much you are going to let him get to you with his words. Glad you are feeling a little better.
