I have done this by myself as a tool and it has worked very well. One is from driving in a certain area and getting in an accident which I have almost completely recovered from. Another is more deeply ingrained from childhood and has to deal with being electrocuted. I force myself/think of creative ways, to deal with electricity as in our modern world we need to interact with it.

It can be as simple as using the vacuum which always shocks me when I use it.
