It is totally understandable that you are anxious, especially with flights and giving a speech. You are prepared so you can rest in the assurance all will go well. Hey, you may even have heaps of fun. If the anxiety is bad try breathing, meditation, distraction, exercise or something else that works for you to bring the level down.
