My suggestion is to find work that interests your brother and uses his strengths.
What is your brother interested in besides film? What are his talents?
An employment agency that focuses on clients with disabilities may help. They could help with resume writing and interviews. These places usually offer vocational testing.
It is very possible to find work that doesn't involve customer service. I tried that type of work when I was younger. It didn't work out at all, so I avoided looking for that type of work. Eventually I found work that actually fit me. Now I work in a trade that doesn't require a lot of interaction with the public. It does require working with others, which I don't mind at all.
