I think Latuda does help me with sleep. Ever since I've been on it, I'm easily getting 7-9 hours a night. Before that, I was averaging about 5-7. I scratched taking it at dinner long ago. I now take it about an hour before I want to sleep. Doesn't necessarily make me sleepy, but I think it does help me sleep. I just found that if I took it too early, I'd get restless if I didn't go to sleep within a certain window of time.
