I'm on 120mg a day. It doesn't seem to help me sleep, or regulate my sleep. It helps a little bit with psychotic symptoms, but I don't see a dramatic change there, either. Risperidone seemed to work better, but that drug has nasty side effects, and I had to discontinue it.
