Tara, you're doing great! I figger that successful dieting is 10,000 little decisions made well and you did a good job. Fourteen pounds -- i'm impressed! Dieting is a slow process, i find. A healthy dose of patience is necessary.
I have my first weigh-in tomorrow morning. I'm hoping for at least a pound. I didn't really diet intensely this first week but i skated up to mild hunger many times so i'm fairly pleased with how i've done.
