Bizi, have you sought help for your drinking? I think it'd help with your weight loss journey tremendously, as you generally eat pretty healthy.

Anyway, had a bagel for breakfast already. I'm planning on yogurt for snack. Then for lunch, grilled cheese sandwich with a side of green beans (weird, I know. lol), and for snacks, protein shake and probably my rice (also weird).
