Have you been tested for Lupus?

Also, have you tried Pristiq? Just because you've tried Effexor does not mean Pristiq won't work. The stuff worked for me for a long time when nothing else did. I had to go off of it last year because it finally wore off after several years. Thankfully, Cymbalta is working pretty well.

You might give it a try.
