Went to work despite extreme pain all over my body from a flare-up of Fibromyalgia. Tramadol helped with the pain but it is still heavy going with a busy workday on my feet, frantically running around. I see this as a positive as I previously would have called in sick but am actually managing ok pushing through. Will try and rest a bit tomorrow if I can. The extra money is very helpful too, especially when Sundays get time and a half pay. Trying to find the balance between overdoing it and resting too much.
