I am jealous in a way bc the meds I am on cease to allow me dreams and I used to have lucid dreams and ap experiences which were meaningful. I also take ambien for sleep. Trazodone is a good sleep med. Are either of you on a sleep med? I hope for better sleep for both of you.zzzzzzzzzzzz
