i started mine over about two weeks ago and it's really been helpful. i'm pushing myself to only write once a day because i used to be obsessive about it and write all the time to the point that i couldn't do anything or go anywhere without writing. i have a sticky note of the things that i want to look into and write about more (stuff relating to emotions, current interests, and parts of my childhood that don't match up with what my mom tells me). it's been super helpful.
