I went way crazy yesterday. I was feeling so good from the great weather. So I binged all day. And I didn't take my melatonin at night so I ended up staying up until 2:30am and kept getting hungry so I just kept eating. Not good! I've screwed up my natural circadian rhythm by taking melatonin for too long and now I can't sleep without it. When school is out for the summer and I have a couple of weeks off I'm going to try to go cold turkey off of it and see if I can retrain myself to sleep on my own. But anyway point is when I stay up late I snack all night.

So whatever I'm back on today. Atkins shake and bacon for breakfast. Leftover salmon for lunch. I'm having dinner with my brother and his wife. She's cooking chicken Parmesan. I asked her to leave one piece unbreaded for me, AND she offered to make zucchini noodles for me. She's the best. I just had to work the tomato sauce into my carb count for the day. Should be fine.

I'm taking my damn melatonin tonight so I can get to sleep at a decent hour and not eat all night!

Even with the slip yesterday, my jeans keep sliding down today! Going to try the smaller size I have tomorrow to see if they fit better.
