Kori, I understand where you are coming from. Unfortunately, we don't keep lists of members who make mistakes or post/chat against guidelines as it would seem to be a punitive measure. That would make this site less than supportive which goes against our mission.

While chat can be a different beast than the forums, we do depend on members to report issues that come up in chat as we cannot be there 24/7 to monitor the chat rooms. Just like with the forums, we cannot possibly see every post that is made 24/7 and we depend on members to report things they see as being problematic and against guidelines.

When the Community Support Team has to deal with issues, there are many things we take into consideration to come to our decision about what action to take or take no action. We discuss things closely and that may be why you think we aren't doing anything about issues that come up.

The Community Support Team also has to follow the guidelines of this site. We take care of issues quietly via pm and we do not discuss those actions publicly or with other members as that would be unsupportive and breaking the guidelines.

Kori, remember that it's everyone's responsibility to do their best self care. If you find yourself in a situation that is upsetting or triggering to you, use the self care tools we have, report the problem to a Support Team member and if needed, remove yourself from the situation.
Thanks for this!
