I hate the thought of going through another long day...Even though I was more able to wake up at a reasonable time when I started therapy, as my therapist reccomended, my progress is slow, my hope is disappearing, I lately have been taking melatonin or benedryl when I wake so I can sleep more and have less time to feel miserable trying to get through the day, and I know there are countless others doing this behavior.
