Just restarted going to boxing class! ! ! I freakin love it! I used to go but had to stop because of work and now I get to go again! I lost 25 pounds just from dieting but because of my job I didn't have any time for exercise, so I effectively didn't exercise for a whole year. I feel so flabby and weak! But today was excellent and my trainer didn't go easy one me! He he!

I was wondering if anybody else here boxed or did another martial art!?
