Im with you on the spiders too. I am forever getting spider bites. Have these wispy ones called celler spiders & when they hatch out there are tiny ones all over the place. I move something & see barely see them for their light color, running across the floor. Found a jumping spider in my kitchen sink when rincing off dishes last night.. .scakding hot water like for the ants worked great to end that issue.

Nothing worse than sitting on the toilet & realizing something is watching you....turn & there right on the wall next to you is a huge garder spider with the leg span larger than a silver dollar.

My reaction is to scream....hoping to scare them to death like they scared me. Always have this vision of them jumping on me.

Ok my house mouse was busy in myfamily room last night while I was sittjng right there. I am working on organizing things I brought back from my elderly friends home I got her things ready for auction. I had these huge wicker baskets sitting on my kitchen bar stools that I had moved out of the way to clean the kitchen. Heard this munch munch. I juggled the basket & heard a plop on the floor. Dug through the baskets & found Christmas candy I had put there because I couldnt eat it....mouse found it. I put it in my dump food pile & sure enough mouse came back to find more dessert in a little while. Heard the noise in the wicker & went over & jiggled the empty baskets & again....plop on the floor. There are so many things for it to hide around its not easy to spot after the plop on the floor. It is definitely a well fed mousie Ive been working on cutting off the food sources but it keeps finding things to get into I done realize havent been mouse proofed. I really struggle killing anything as cute as mice but all the house fires in the area are usually from mice chewing electric wiring so they are dangerous beyond any disease they may carry.
