I'm leaning on my support team really hard right now, I hope I'm not driving them crazy. I seem to be in a vicious cycle right now. Some of my issues are situational and some I have brought on myself, I'm just really triggered right now and I need to know that I'll be ok, that things will be ok, I'm trying to convince myself this and struggling. I just feel so weak right now.
