I've been trying to breathe properly to help with relaxation but I find breathing into my stomach so hard, I've always breathed into my chest and when I focus on breathing deep into my stomach and imagine it filling up like a balloon it feels like I'm not getting enough of a breath. Then I go back to breathing into my lungs. My therapist said to practice it but it's hard. Any tips appreciated!
