Well done !!! Seroquel is a reaaaal creeper with the weight, I noticed significant changes with dose changes. I've put on about 25kgs from seroquel alone, the other 25kgd have been from poor diet, alcohol & little to no excercise. I'll be tapering off seroquel in a few months time
Today I saw my psych & he mentioned I should start doing some walking (not in an offensive way I think he realises I know I need to lose the weight) & that I need to lose some weight. I am committing myself to eating healthy & starting some excercise. I wanted o start at the beginning of the year but it's this damn heat that's put me off (one of the ups/downs of living in good Ol sunny Australia) but there's no time like the present ! Gonna get myself some workout gear & start walking at least a half hour each day & cut out all the junk food (no more potato chips & savoury bikkies for me). Good luck to everyone & congratulations to everyone who's managed to reach their goals !!!
