I'm not sure what help you are looking for. If it is diagnosis this isn't the plaace. If it is support however, you have come to the right one.

I can relate to the mental slowness. It is a side effect of the medications. I feel I'have been dumbed down 10-20 IQ points. I especially notice it with simple tasks like basic math. I am afraid to have conversations with people because I lose words mid sentence and jumble up ideas. Feeling 'dim' is an apt description. It is the biggest reason I have been too frightened to return to work (my career is retail management; how the hell can I talk to customers and handle cash with such difficulties?).

I also understand most of your physical symtoms. I find that ensuring I take my medications at the exact same time everyday and forcing myself to eat with them helps - especially with the dizziness, buzzing, blurred vision, and what you describe as levitating.
