I do that often. For me its just the fear that everything is going good. Too good. its the anticipation of the crash that has you feeling that way. I'm like this feels so good I almost feel normal well myself normal but then I constantly fear that it will crash right back into depression. Most times it does and I wonder if the foreboding feeling is what causes the crash I still have a lot to work out with my T so I'm not completely sure. I hope this helps you feel less alone in feeling this way. I think we just need to do what my friend says ride the highs while they are there and only worry about the lows when they come.
